Power Balls

An easy energising nutritious snack perfect for breakfast and throughout the day!

Creation Time – 30 Minutes
(10 minutes prep time + 20 minutes chill time)
Makes 20 Power Balls

Tip -This recipe can be made using any FIBRE89 or Green Coffee granules

Ingredients:

  • 100g walnuts
  • 100g apricots
  • 2 tbsp Fibre 89 Flavoured with Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed mix
  • 3 tbsp nut butter

For Dusting:

  • 1 tbsp Green Coffee Granules

Method:

  1. Place walnuts in a food processor and blitz to crumbs.
  2. Next add apricots, nut butter, flaxseed mix, FIBRE89, orange zest and coconut, then pulse to combine.
  3. Shape mixture into marble-sized balls and roll in the Green Coffee Granules.
  4. Put in the fridge to firm for at least 20 mins. Keep in a sealed container for up to a week.
