Kiwi and Mint Morning Juice

A gentle green juice for a morning vitamin hit!

Makes 2 Drinks

Tip – this recipe is great with any FIBRE89 or Green Coffee blend

Ingredients:

  • 2 peeled kiwi fruit
  • ½ peeled cucumber
  • 350ml cloudy apple juice
  • 2 heaped tsp Green Coffee Infused with Green and Herbal Teas
  • 7g Mint leaves
  • 7g Parsley
  • Handful of ice cubes

Method:

  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth.
  2. Pour into 2 tall glasses (or  a glass of your choice) and serve over ice.
