Clean Sleep Tea

Soothing Herbal Tisane

Makes 1 Drink
Tip – The  ritual of preparing this night time drink adds to its calming effects.

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp dried Chamomile flowers
  • 1 tsp dried Hibiscus flowers
  • 1 heaped tsp Triple Z  All Natural Sleep Remedy

Method:

  1. Boil 200ml water and pour over the Chamomile and Hibiscus flowers.
  2. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes then pour through a tea strainer into a mug.
  3. Add one heaped teaspoon of Triple Z granules and stir until dissolved.
