Preventive Health & Long-Term Balance: Sarah Kelly in conversation with Charlene Casey Wellness

“Why is this information so hard to get? If you don’t have access to this and it’s not talked about…women just accept they have these issues with their pelvic floor and that’s it”

Our CEO Sarah Kelly had a sit-down with fitness aficionado Charlene Casey last week. Drawing on their respective backgrounds in health and exercise (as well as a shared hometown), the Co. Monaghan natives covered all things preventive health, exercise, and parenting – as well as an illuminating discussion about the wellness and beauty industry that highlights the current pitfalls of women’s education of their pelvic floor health (approx 28:30)
